So you have got this far and your interest has been piqued read on...

I have a real vending machine which is now at Reverse Garbage. It has been in operation for 4 years. I am always on the look out for artists who wish to participate. At present your work can be priced from $1 to $20 will all proceeds from sales going to the artist. The machine is now fitted with a note acceptor.

This leads us to packaging.

This is best discussed by contacting me but the basic are; 13cm wide 18cm  high and 4.5cm deep. CD cases work very well, small canvases too, anything on paper needs bulking out so it won't slip through, think chip packet, small sculpture is ok but again think chip packet. Anything floppy needs to be backed with a stiff card ( and bulked). Also your name and title of work need to be displayed . Most of these works are inside a cliplock bag . Also the work can't break when it falls (unless it should). I would ask you to try and make the packaging from salvaged material, let's not make more waste for people to throw away. Reverse Garbage has loads of great material which is excellent for this purpose and it's very easy to wash out cliplock bags for reuse.

A Folder with information about the artists is available for perusal by potential customers so please supply two A4 pages.

I do not make any money from this project except what I get when people decide to buy my work. I try to keep my cost down, so any postage will need to paid by you. You may choose your payment method, direct deposit works well.

Look forward to hearing from you- jane@snackart.com.au
